General Terms

Scope

All deliveries and performances of meadow publishing house GmbH in fulfilment of orders which the customer has not placed in connection with his commercial or independent occupation are based on these business conditions. Divergent and/or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of meadow publishing house GmbH; this also applies to an agreement setting aside the written-form requirement.

Revocation right

You are according to not tied any more by § 13 BGB to your order, if as consumers you withdraw within a period of 2 weeks upon receipt of the product. The revocation must not contain any grounds and can in writing (an e-mail suffices, e.g. to info@aue-verlag.com) or be made by return of the product on our risk. For the period preservation the punctual despatch suffices:

Please stamp the parcel sufficiently to avoid excess postage. We then immediately refund the postage amount to you. If you send goods damaged or worn off back, the legally permitted amount is taken to discount; you can avoid this, by subjecting merely the product to an examination as she would have been possible approximately in the retail shop for you and sending these back without use traces and in the original packing.

We take on the costs of the goods return if 40.-your order exceeds an amount of EUR.

Are excluded from the return

• goods which are made after customer specification or are tailored to the personal needs obviously or which due to her composition for a return are suitable or can become ruined fast or not the expiration date exceeded, were,
• audio or video recordings or software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you,
• newspapers and magazines.

Guarantee

The guarantee is carried out after the legal regulations, in the case of a defect of the product after your choice nachliefern in which we. If the after delivered product is also defect full, then you can give the product against refund of the full selling price back or keep the product and decrease the selling price.

Place of jurisdiction

With legal entities of the public law or separate property under public law you agree as an exclusive place of jurisdiction for all on the right disputes including change and cheque complaints arising from the business relations, the seat of the seller, at contracts with merchants.
